Mobiserve was established in 1999 with the main objective of providing a leading technical and telecom services via its engineering arm, Mobiserve, in addition to top notch business services via its business process outsourcing arm (BPO), First service.
Mobiserve operates in 8 countries which are Egypt as headquarter, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Algeria, Tunisia, UAE, KSA and Kenya with workforce that exceeds 5000 employees with continuous plans for expansion.
By the end of 2008, Mobiserve proved continuous and cumulative success by increasing our revenue in parallel to the expansion in the portfolio of services and headcount.

 Milestones:
 1998: Mobiserve was established.
2001: Mobiserve established its offices in Algeria.
2003: Mobiserve established its office in Pakistan.
2003: Acquisition of 100% of Mobiserve shares by Orascom Telecom.
2004: Mobiserve opened a new office building for First Service in 6Th of October.
2004: Mobiserve established its office in Bangladesh.
2005: Acquisition of Contra, a leading general contracting company.
2005: Mobiserve launches the new telecom components manufacturing facility in 6th of October.
2006: Mobiserve established its office in UAE.
2006: Acquisition of Egyptian Satellites Company (ESC)
2006: Mobiserve establish its office in Iraq.
2006: First service added the CD burning service (Many to many) to its portfolio to be the only
provider of this service in Egypt.
2008: : Mobiserve established its office in KSA.
2008: : Mobiserve expanded its manufacturing facility, MobiFactory.
