Mobiserve was established in 1999 with the main objective of providing a leading technical and telecom services via its engineering arm, Mobiserve, in addition to top notch business services via its business process outsourcing arm (BPO), First service.
Mobiserve operates in 8 countries which are Egypt as headquarter, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Algeria, Tunisia, UAE, KSA and Kenya with continuous plans for expansion
By the end of 2008, Mobiserve proved continuous and cumulative success by increasing our revenue in parallel to the expansion in the portfolio of services and headcount.

 Milestones:
 1998: Mobiserve was owned by Orascom telecom 50%, and Investcom 50 %.
1999: Mobiserve was established.
1999: Mobiserve established its business services unit; First Service, to provide a full solutions
to its clients in business process outsourcing (BPO)
2001: Mobiserve opened its subsidiary office in Algeria.
2001: First Service opened its subsidiary in Algeria, Servitec, providing the same portfolio of services.
2003: Mobiserve established its office in Pakistan.
2003: 100% acquisition of Mobiserve shares by Orascom Telecom.
2004: Mobiserve opened its new building for First Service (Call Center) in 6th of October City.
2005: Acquisition of Contra, a telecom service provider by Mobiserve.
2005: Mobiserve established its manufacturing facility, MobiFactory, in 6th of October city.
MobiFactory is the leading manufacturer of customized telecommunication infrastructure
components and other steel structures.
2006: Mobiserve established its subsidiary in UAE.
2006: Acquisition of Egyptian Satellites Company (ESC) by Mobiserve.
2006: Mobiserve establish its operational office in Iraq.
2006: First Services launched (CD Burning Service) to its portfolio of services, to be the only provider
of “one to many” CD Burning service in Egypt.
2007: Mobiserve added Facility Management to its portfolio of services.
2008: Acquisition of 100% of Mobiserve shares by InvestAd (formerly, ADIC) with a minority share
of 10% to Delta Partners of UAE.
2008: expanded its manufacturing facility, Mobifactory.
2008: Mobiserve established its subsidiary in KSA.
2009: Mobiserve signed a Global Supplier Agreement with Huawei, leading global telecommunications
solutions provider.
2009: Mobiserve established East Africa office in Kenya.
2010: Mobiserve Kenya opened its branch offices in Burundi and Uganda.
2010: Mobiserve established its office in Morocco
